How can I change when and how I authenticate my Kudos account?Updated 3 months ago

You can change how often we verify your account at any time.

From the Web

Head to Account Settings and scroll down to Authentication.

Click Edit to choose the frequency. You can also choose if we email you or authenticate via SMS text message. 

Hit save to complete the update.

From the Mobile App

Tap the Settings gearbox in the upper right corner of the app.

Scroll down to Authnetication and tap how often you'd like us to authentiate your account. You can also choose if you want us to email or send you a text message.
