How do I disconnect my accounts inside Kudos?Updated 11 days ago

Disconnecting card and bank accounts from the mobile app

Head to Account Settings. It's the gearbox in the upper right corner of the home screen.

Scroll down to Linked Accounts, tap Connected financial accounts, then head to Successfully connected cards.

Tap the pencil icon to edit the connection.

Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my connected account, then tap confirm.

Note: To disconnect bank accounts, scroll down to Other connected accounts in the same menu. Tap the pencil icon next to the bank account you want to remove, then select Delete account and confirm.

Deleting your account will remove the connection, along with all of its associated transactions. You can always re-link your account at any time.


Disconnecting card and bank accounts from the web

Click on Settings in the lower left corner of the home page of the portal.

Scroll down to Linked Accounts and click Edit connections.

To disconnect credit cards:

Scroll down to Successfully connected cards and click Edit on the connection you would like to remove.

Click Delete my connected account and hit confirm.

To disconnect bank accounts:

Scroll down to Other connected accounts and click Edit on the bank account you would like to remove.

Click Delete account and confirm.

You can always re-link your accounts at any time!
