What if I'm being told my bank credentials are wrong?Updated 5 days ago

If you're experiencing difficulties connecting your account, we recommend a few steps to resolve the issue:

  • Start by verifying your banking credentials. Ensure that you're using the correct username and password for your financial institution. It's not uncommon for small typos or outdated information to cause connection problems.
  • If you're confident that your login details are accurate, we suggest giving it some time. Sometimes, temporary issues with either our data provider or your financial institution can interfere with the connection process. In such cases, waiting for 24 hours and then attempting to reconnect often resolves the problem.
