What if the categories for my transactions are incorrect?Updated 7 hours ago
At Kudos, we import transaction categories from our data provider, Plaid. While this process is generally accurate, occasionally a transaction may be categorized incorrectly. We've made it easy for you to correct any misclassifications.
You can manually update transaction categories to ensure accurate spending tracking.
From the Web Portal:
- Go to joinkudos.com and head to your Transactions
- Navigate to the "Transactions" tab
- Find the transaction you want to update
- Click on the current category
- Choose the new category from the dropdown menu
- Changes are saved automatically
From the Mobile App:
- Open the Kudos app
- Tap on "Transactions"
- Scroll to find the transaction you want to update
- Tap "See more details"
- Select the correct category from the dropdown menu
- Your changes are saved automatically
