What if the categories for my transactions are wrong?Updated 9 days ago
At Kudos, we import transaction categories from our data provider, Plaid. While this process is generally accurate, occasionally a transaction may be categorized incorrectly. We've made it easy for you to correct any misclassifications.
To update a category, simply tap on the individual transaction in question. Then, select "See more details" to access additional information. Within the transaction details, you'll find an option to choose the correct category. Once you've selected the appropriate category, tap "Done" to save your changes.
This straightforward process allows you to manually override any mistaken categorizations, ensuring your financial data in Kudos remains accurate and reflects your actual spending patterns.
