Kudos uses Spinwheel to perform a soft pull of your credit report to obtain your credit score and statement balances. Whether this works depends on your credit freeze settings, specifically whether your freeze blocks all pulls and whether it's active across all credit bureaus.
If your credit is not frozen, we'll be able to gather the information for you. If it is, you may need to temporarily lift the freeze with the credit bureau for Kudos to sync your score.
