Can I use other rewards programs at the same time as Kudos?Updated 2 days ago
Think of Kudos Boost like a real estate commission: when you buy a house, only one realtor can earn the commission on the sale - even if you toured homes with multiple agents. Similarly, when you make an online purchase, only one rewards program can receive the merchant's commission.
If you activate multiple programs, we can't guarantee which one will receive credit. This means:
- If you activate Kudos Boost and then another rewards program, we may not receive the commission to share with you
- We can't retroactively credit purchases that were attributed to other programs
- Other programs can't retroactively credit purchases attributed to Kudos
To ensure you get your Boost rewards (our merchant commission plus your card rewards), use Kudos exclusively for your purchase.
