Can I use other rewards programs at the same time as Kudos?Updated 19 days ago
Think of Kudos Boost like a real estate commission: when you buy a house, only one realtor can earn the commission on the sale - even if you toured homes with multiple agents. Similarly, when you make an online purchase, only one rewards program can receive the merchant's commission.
If you activate multiple programs, we can't guarantee which one will receive credit. This means:
- If you activate Kudos Boost and then another rewards program (like Honey, Capital One Shopping, Rakuten, or Microsoft Rewards), we may not receive the commission to share with you
- We can't retroactively credit purchases that were attributed to other programs
- Other programs can't retroactively credit purchases attributed to Kudos
Important note about Microsoft Edge: The Microsoft Edge browser has a built-in shopping extension (Microsoft Rewards) that is enabled by default. This extension can hijack attribution even when you don't actively click or activate it for a purchase. If you use Microsoft Edge, we recommend disabling Microsoft Rewards in your browser settings to ensure Kudos Boost works properly.
Here are the instructions to do so:
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Click the three-dot menu (...) in the top right, then select Settings.
- In the Settings menu, click on Profiles on the left sidebar.
- Find Microsoft Rewards in the right pane and click on it.
- Toggle off the switch for "Show rewards in Microsoft Edge."
To ensure you receive your Boost rewards (100% of our merchant commission), use Kudos exclusively for your purchases and disable any competing browser extensions, especially if you're using Microsoft Edge.
