Ad blockers can sometimes interfere with Kudos, preventing you from earning Boost on your purchases. If you're not seeing rewards activate or rewards aren't being credited to your Kudos account, your ad blocker might be the reason why.

Don't worry – you have several options to fix this while still maintaining protection on other websites.

Quick Fix for Popular Ad Blockers

If you have AdBlock Plus, uBlock Origin, or AdBlock, go here to automatically add Kudos to your allowlist. Kudos will then be "whitelisted" - meaning you'll now be able to earn rewards while still using your ad blocker.

Manual Setup

Have a different ad blocker or need to manually whitelist Kudos? 

• For most ad blockers: Go to your ad blocker's "Options" page and find the custom filter list. Copy and paste this URL: https://cdn.prod.joinkudos.com/allowlist/kudos-smart-wallet.txt and hit subscribe.
• On Brave? 
  • Open Brave.
  • In the address bar, type brave://settings/shields/filters
  • Scroll to the Add custom filter lists section
  • Paste the URL into the field and save.

Alternative Solution

In some cases, you may still see issues even after adding the filter mentioned above. If so, you can temporarily disable your ad blocker when you shop and re-enable it once you're done earning your rewards.
