Face ID integration with Kudos provides a secure way to protect your sensitive information and access your account, all with just a glance.
How Face ID in Kudos works
Kudos now supports full app locking with Face ID, ensuring only authorized users can access the application. This feature is especially useful for protecting sensitive financial information in your Kudos account.
Set up Face ID for Kudos
To enable Face ID protection for Kudos:
Open the Kudos app on your iPhone or iPad
Go to Settings within the app
Tap on "Security & Privacy"
Select "Face ID Protection"
Toggle the switch to enable Face ID authentication
When prompted, look at your device to complete the Face ID setup
Once enabled, Kudos will require Face ID authentication every time you open the app, adding an extra layer of security to your account.
Using Face ID with Kudos
After setup, using Face ID with Kudos is simple:
Open the Kudos app on your device
When prompted, look at your iPhone or iPad
Once authenticated, you'll gain full access to your Kudos account and data
If you're wearing a face mask, you may need to enter your passcode instead. For devices with iOS 15.4 or later, Face ID will work with face masks if you've enabled that feature in your device settings.
