Before You Delete Your Account
Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted:
You will lose access to all account data and features
Any accumulated Boost points will be forfeited
Your information will be removed from our system
Deleting From the Web
Sign in to your Kudos account at joinkudos.com
Navigate to Account Settings
Scroll down to the "Manage Account" section
Click on "Delete account."
Follow the on-screen confirmation prompts
Deleting From the Mobile App
These steps apply to both the Kudos iOS app (iPhone and iPad) and the Kudos Android app.
Open the Kudos app on your device
Tap on the "Account" tab
Select "Manage Account"
Tap "Delete account"
Complete the confirmation process
What Happens Next
After confirming deletion, your account and information will be permanently removed from our system. You will no longer be able to access your account or restore any associated data.
