What is my Rewards History?Updated 6 months ago

Your Rewards History shows all of your transactions where you’ve earned rewards from your credit cards and from using Kudos Boost. 

You can view your transaction history by last 30 days, last 90 days, or by year.

Click on specific purchases to see the breakdown of rewards.

Here’s a breakdown of the different statuses for your purchases: 

  • Completed: you’ve made a purchase and our merchant partner has confirmed your order. This typically takes 60-90 days
  • Pending: your purchase is waiting to be verified and confirmed by our merchant partner after the purchase has been made
  • Ineligible: your purchase did not earn Kudos Boost. There are a few reasons why this can happen:
    • the merchant isn't one of our partners
    • you didn't activate Boost before you checked out
    • you activated Boost but then clicked away from the store or activated another rewards program before you finished your purchase
    • An item or all items from the purchase were returned
