How It Works
Step 1: Apply through Kudos
To be eligible, your credit card application must be tracked back to Kudos. This means you need to apply via a Kudos link or through the Kudos product, not through a bank's website directly, a friend's referral link, or any other third-party source. If your application isn't attributed to Kudos, it won't qualify for the guarantee.
Step 2: Add your approved card to your Kudos wallet
Once approved, add the card to your Kudos wallet to activate your eligibility.
Step 3: Submit a claim if a higher offer becomes available
If a higher public welcome offer appears on our Explore Tool within 3 months of your approval date, you can submit a claim for the difference. Targeted offers are not eligible

Program Terms
Guarantee credits are issued as Kudos Boost, redeemable for an Amazon.com gift card or PayPal Cash
The guarantee covers the monetary value difference between welcome offers, as determined by Kudos
Limited to one claim per credit card application
We reserve the right to verify all claims and may request additional documentation
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice
Frequently Asked Questions
Which cards are eligible?
Cards that are trackable by Kudos (applied through a Kudos link or the Kudos product) and added to your Kudos wallet are eligible, subject to all other program terms.
Does applying through a friend's referral link qualify?
No. If you apply through a friend's referral link, a bank's website, or any link not attributed to Kudos, your application won't be trackable by us and won't qualify for the guarantee. We know it's great to support a friend — just know that doing so means the guarantee won't apply to that application.
What counts as a "public welcome offer"?
Public welcome offers are those available to the general public and visible within the Kudos product. Targeted offers sent via email or mail to specific individuals do not qualify.
What if I miss the 3-month window?
Claims submitted after 3 months of your application date will not be processed.
What if my original application was denied? The guarantee only applies to approved applications that are trackable by Kudos and added to your wallet.
How long do I have to use my Kudos Boost credit?
Kudos Boost credits expire 12 months from the date they're issued.
