Overview
We offer a 90-day savings guarantee for first-time Kudos Premium yearly subscribers who don't save or earn more than their annual subscription cost within the first 90 days.
Before you submit a claim
Do not cancel your subscription or delete your account before contacting us. We need your account to be active and in good standing to verify your savings and process your claim. Once we've reviewed everything and issued your Boost credits, we'll walk you through the next steps, including cancelling your subscription.
Once your credits are issued, keep your account open for at least 7 days so you can redeem them. Closing your account before redeeming will forfeit your credits.
A few things to know
If you signed up for Kudos Premium through Apple, any refund will be issued as Kudos Boost credits rather than cash. We know Boost credits might sound like a consolation prize, but here's why we can't issue cash refunds: when you subscribe through the Apple App Store, Apple is the merchant of record, meaning your payment goes directly to them, not to Kudos. Since we never receive your payment directly, we can't reverse the charge to your original payment method. Instead, we add the equivalent amount to your Boost balance, which you can redeem via PayPal and transfer straight to your bank account. The money ends up in the same place.
This applies to yearly subscribers only.
Monthly subscribers and Lifetime plan holders are not eligible. If you purchased the Kudos Premium Lifetime plan, the 90-day guarantee does not apply. Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable. If you're having trouble with the app, reach out to support@joinkudos.com and we'll be happy to help.

If you've previously held a Kudos Premium subscription under any Kudos account, you are not eligible, even if this is a new account.
When can I submit a claim?
You can submit a claim between day 90 and day 120 of your subscription, not before and not after.
The window opens at day 90 because that's how long it takes to fairly assess whether Kudos has saved you more than the cost of your subscription. Submitting before day 90 isn't allowed, even if you're already confident that Kudos hasn't saved you enough.
The window closes at day 120, giving you a 30-day window to submit once you're eligible. If you miss that window, the guarantee expires.
Am I eligible?
You qualify if all of the following apply:
✅ You are a first-time yearly subscriber and have not previously held a Kudos Premium subscription under any Kudos account
✅ You have been an active subscriber for at least 90 days at the time of your request
✅ Your total verified savings and earnings through Kudos in your first 90 days are less than your annual subscription fee
✅ You submit your request between day 90 and day 120
✅ Your Kudos account is in good standing and has not been deleted
How to submit a claim
Email support@joinkudos.com between day 90 and day 120 with the subject line "Savings Guarantee Request." We'll review your account and respond within 5 business days.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are issued as Kudos Boost credits equal to your annual subscription fee. You can redeem your Boost balance via PayPal (which transfers to your bank account) or as an Amazon gift card. Note: the standard $2.99 PayPal processing fee is waived for savings guarantee redemptions.
What counts as savings?
Kudos Boost rewards earned during the first 90 days, verified card-linked offer savings attributed to Kudos, and bill negotiation savings confirmed during the 90 days. Savings from outside the Kudos platform are not counted.
Limitations
Available once per account and cannot be combined with other offers or free trials. Does not apply to monthly subscribers or Lifetime plan purchases. Not available to anyone who has previously held a Kudos Premium subscription under any account.
