Upgrading from an Annual Plan
If you're currently on an annual plan and upgrade to Lifetime, here's what happens:
Your annual subscription will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again.
The remaining value of your annual subscription will be issued to you as a Kudos Boost credit, applied directly to your account. It will appear in your wallet as "Bonus: Lifetime upgrade credit." You can redeem that Boost for an Amazon gift card or PayPal Cash.
Your Lifetime access activates immediately upon purchase.

Already upgraded to Lifetime? Cancel your App Store subscription.
If you previously subscribed to Kudos Premium through the App Store and have since upgraded to Lifetime, your App Store subscription won't cancel automatically.
To avoid being charged at renewal, cancel it manually:
Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Kudos Premium, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Your Lifetime access won't be affected.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don't want Premium?
That's completely fine! The free version of Kudos remains robust and includes all core features, including best card recommendations at over 2 million online sites, Boost cashback at 15,000+ merchant partners, and autofill. Premium is designed for users who want advanced insights and automation.
Will free features be moved to Premium?
No. We're committed to keeping our core features free forever. Premium is for new advanced features and automations, not existing free features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period: either the end of your monthly cycle or through the end of your year, depending on which plan you chose. Lifetime members are not affected by this. Your access never expires.
What if I used the wrong card when subscribing through the App Store?
If your Kudos Premium subscription was charged to the wrong card, this is managed through Apple. Kudos isn't able to change the payment method on App Store subscriptions on our end.
To update it, we recommend contacting Apple Support directly at apple.com/support or going to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage your payment method there.
Does the Lifetime plan include future features?
Yes. Your Lifetime plan covers everything we build going forward, at no additional cost.
How do I subscribe to Premium?
On iOS or Android:
Update to the latest version of the Kudos mobile app
Navigate to Settings → Kudos Premium
Choose your plan (monthly, annual, or lifetime)
Complete payment through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
Start enjoying Premium features immediately
On the web:
Visit joinkudos.com and go to Settings → Kudos Premium
Choose your plan and complete payment through Stripe
Does Premium work on both web and mobile?
Yes. One Premium subscription works across all Kudos platforms: iOS app, Android app, browser extension, and web portal. No need to purchase a separate subscription per device.
Can I upgrade to the Lifetime plan from an existing subscription?
Yes! If you're already on a monthly or annual plan, you can upgrade to Lifetime at any time from your settings page.
Here's what happens when you upgrade from an annual plan:
Your annual subscription is cancelled at the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again.
The remaining value of your annual subscription is issued as a Kudos Boost credit, applied directly to your account. It will appear in your wallet as "Bonus: Lifetime upgrade credit."
Your Lifetime access activates immediately upon purchase.
If you're on a monthly plan, your subscription is cancelled at the end of your current billing period, and Lifetime access activates immediately. Monthly plans are not eligible for a prorated Boost credit.
Note: The Boost credit issued for your remaining annual subscription balance is not refundable as cash or back to your original payment method. If you have any questions about your credit, reach out to us at support@joinkudos.com.
