If you're currently on a Kudos Premium yearly plan and want to upgrade to Lifetime, this article explains what happens to your annual subscription, how your upgrade credit works, and how to redeem it.
What Happens When You Upgrade
When you upgrade from a yearly Premium plan to Lifetime:
Your annual subscription is cancelled at the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
The full price you paid for your annual subscription is issued as a Kudos Boost credit, applied directly to your account.
Your Lifetime access activates immediately upon purchase.
Whatever you paid for your annual subscription is credited to your Kudos wallet once your upgrade is processed. No action needed on your part.
Important: Subscribed through the App Store? Cancel it manually.
If you originally subscribed to Kudos Premium through the Apple App Store, upgrading to Lifetime won't cancel your App Store subscription automatically, because Apple manages that billing. To avoid being charged again at your next renewal date, cancel it yourself:
Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Kudos Premium, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Your Lifetime access won't be affected.
Where to Find Your Upgrade Credit
Your upgrade credit will appear in your Kudos wallet as: Bonus: Lifetime upgrade credit. You can view it anytime at your reward history.
How to Redeem Your Credit
Your upgrade credit can be redeemed as:
Amazon gift card
PayPal cash

How long does it take for the credit to appear?
Your credit is applied when your upgrade is processed. If you don't see it after upgrading, contact support at support@joinkudos.com.
Can I redeem my credit for something other than Amazon or PayPal?
At this time, redemption options are limited to Amazon gift cards and PayPal cash. We plan to add more redemption options soon!
What if my credit amount looks incorrect?
The credit is calculated based on the amount you paid for your annual subscription. If you believe there's a discrepancy, reach out to our support team, and we'll look into it.
