Once you've earned at least 1,000 Boost points ($10 value), you can redeem your rewards for PayPal cash or Amazon gift cards. You can choose one option or split your redemption between both.

Rewards sent directly to your PayPal account
Can be transferred to your bank account or used anywhere PayPal is accepted
Processes within 48-72 hours
Requirements: Valid U.S. personal PayPal account in good standing linked to your Kudos account
Important: PayPal redemptions are final once submitted and cannot be canceled or changed
Amazon Gift Cards
Delivered via email to your Kudos-registered email address
Arrives within 48-72 hours
Can be added directly to your Amazon account
Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it
Split Redemption
Combine both options in a single redemption
Each option requires a $10 minimum
Example: With 2,000 points ($20), you can redeem $10 to PayPal and $10 as an Amazon gift card

If you have 1,000+ Boost points, you'll see the redemption option
Select Redeem Boost
Choose your redemption option: PayPal, Amazon, or both
If using PayPal, link your PayPal account if you haven't already
Enter your redemption amounts (minimum $10 per option)
Review and confirm your redemption
On Mobile App
Tap the Shop tab from the main menu and tap on Redeem

Your rewards will process within 48-72 hours, and you'll receive an email confirmation once complete.
Requirements & Limits
Minimum redemption: 1,000 Boost points ($10)
Minimum per option: $10 (each) when splitting between PayPal and Amazon
Maximum redemption: No limit - redeem as much as you've earned
Partial redemptions: Yes - you can redeem some points now and save the rest for later
Important Notes
Redemptions cannot be modified or canceled after they are submitted
PayPal redemptions require a U.S. personal PayPal account
Amazon gift cards are sent from no-reply@joinkudos.com with the subject line: "Kudos: Redeem Your Gift Card"
If you don't receive your Amazon gift card within 72 hours, check your spam/junk folders first

Once we approve your Amazon gift card redemption:
The process happens automatically on Amazon's end
We cannot retrieve or resend an Amazon gift card
We cannot see the specific gift card details or code
Amazon handles all gift card generation and delivery

Can I change my redemption after submitting?

I didn't receive my Amazon gift card. What should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder for an email from no-reply@joinkudos.com with the subject line "Kudos: Redeem Your Gift Card." If you still don't see it after 72 hours, contact support@joinkudos.com. Please note: once we approve a gift card redemption, Amazon handles all generation and delivery. We cannot retrieve, resend, or see specific gift card details or codes.
