Once you've earned at least 1,000 Boost points ($10 value), you can redeem your rewards for PayPal cash or Amazon gift cards. You can choose one option or split your redemption between both.

Amazon Gift Cards
Delivered via email to your Kudos-registered email address from no-reply@joinkudos.com with the subject line "Kudos: Redeem Your Gift Card." Arrives within 48-72 hours and can be added directly to your Amazon account.
To make sure your gift card email reaches your inbox, we recommend doing these steps before you redeem:
Add us to your contacts: Save no-reply@joinkudos.com to your address book. This is the most reliable way to prevent our emails from going to junk.
Mark as "Not Spam": If a Kudos email ever lands in your junk folder, open it and select "Not Spam" or "Move to Inbox" so your email provider learns to trust future emails from us.
Check your filters: Make sure no rules are accidentally routing emails from no-reply@joinkudos.com away from your main inbox.
Important: Gift card links expire after a set window and cannot be reissued once expired, as gift card generation and delivery are handled entirely on Amazon's end. If you don't receive your gift card within 72 hours, check your spam/junk folder right away.

Your rewards will typically process within 48-72 hours, and you'll receive an email confirmation once complete. Heads up: PayPal redemptions can take up to 7 business days, depending on processing time.

Once we approve your Amazon gift card redemption:
The process happens automatically on Amazon's end
We cannot retrieve or resend an Amazon gift card
We cannot see the specific gift card details or code

What's the minimum I need to redeem?

Can I split my redemption between PayPal and Amazon?
Yes. Each option requires a minimum of $10. For example, if you have 5,000 Boost ($50), you can redeem $20 to PayPal and $30 as an Amazon gift card.
How long does processing take?
Both PayPal and Amazon redemption processes take 48-72 hours.
Can I change my redemption after submitting?
No. Redemptions cannot be modified once submitted. Double-check your selection before confirming.
Do I need a PayPal account?
Yes, you'll need a valid U.S. personal PayPal account in good standing. You can sign up for free at paypal.com.
How do I change the PayPal account linked to my Kudos?
You can update your PayPal email directly from your Kudos Account Settings:
Go to Account Settings at https://www.joinkudos.com/my-wallet/account-settings
Navigate to the Redemption section
Update your PayPal email address and save your changes
For security purposes, our support team is unable to make this change on your behalf. It must be done directly by the account owner.
Is there a fee to redeem to PayPal?
Non-Premium members are charged a $2.99 processing fee per PayPal redemption. Kudos Premium members redeem to PayPal for free.
How is the PayPal processing fee charged?
The $2.99 fee is automatically deducted from your redemption amount. There's no separate charge. For example, if you redeem $10 to PayPal, you'll receive $7.01.
I didn't receive my Amazon gift card. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder right away for an email from no-reply@joinkudos.com with the subject line "Kudos: Redeem Your Gift Card." To avoid this in the future, add no-reply@joinkudos.com to your contacts before you redeem, mark any Kudos emails as "Not Spam" if they land in junk, and check your email filters to make sure nothing is rerouting our emails.
If you still don't see it after 72 hours, contact support@joinkudos.com. Please note that gift card links expire after a set window and cannot be reissued once expired, as generation and delivery are handled entirely on Amazon's end.
