Negotiate lower rates on bills like internet, phone, and cable — with no plan changes or service downgrades
Alert you before a free trial charges so you can decide whether to cancel
Track your savings from cancelled or reduced subscriptions over time
Set Up Auto-Cancel
Step 1: Review Your Subscriptions
Go to Recurring payments in your Kudos account
From the web, head to My Wallet → Recurring payments
From the mobile app, tap Spend → Recurring payments
Review your subscription list
Identify services you want to cancel or reduce
Step 2: Enable Cancel & Lower Bills
Click Get started in the "We'll help cancel subscriptions and lower bills" banner
Or navigate to My Wallet → Cancel & lower bills
Select which subscriptions you want Kudos to manage
Step 3: Choose Your Preferences
Auto-cancel unused subscriptions - Kudos cancels services you haven't used in 60+ days (requires approval first)
Negotiate bills - Kudos contacts providers to lower rates on internet, phone, cable
Step 4: Approve Actions
Kudos will never cancel anything without asking first
You'll receive a notification when Kudos identifies a cancellation opportunity
Review and approve with one tap
Kudos handles the actual cancellation process (no phone calls required)

FAQs
Will this affect my credit score?
No. Cancelling subscriptions and lowering your bills has no impact on your credit score.
What if I want to restart a cancelled subscription?
You can always resubscribe directly with the merchant. Kudos saves your cancellation history for reference.
Does Kudos charge a fee?
Kudos Premium is required. No additional fees for cancellations or bill lowering.
What if I'm already on the lowest possible plan?
If your provider confirms you're already at the lowest available rate, we'll let you know. No action will be taken, and you won't be charged anything extra. It's still worth trying. Providers often have unadvertised retention rates or promotional credits that aren't available unless you ask.
Will the bill negotiation change my plan or downgrade my service?
No. Kudos negotiates better rates within the plan you already have. You keep the same service. We just work to lower what you're paying for it.
