What Kudos Does For You
Once you request a negotiation, our AI agent handles the entire process:
Calls the provider's customer service line
Navigates phone menus and hold times
Speaks with retention specialists
Negotiates discounts, credits, or lower rate plans
Handles verification steps (with your approval for any one-time codes)
Finalizes changes to your account
You can follow along in real time with live progress updates, from "Calling provider..." through "Your bill was reduced."

From the web:
Open the Cancel & Lower My Bills section in your Kudos account
Find the bill you want to lower
Tap "Help me lower my bill."
Kudos AI takes it from there
From the Kudos mobile app:
Tap Spend from the home screen
Tap the banner that says, "We'll help cancel subscriptions and lower bills. Get started."
Find the bill you want lowered.

Important to Know
You must be the authorized account holder for the service being negotiated
By requesting a negotiation, you authorize Kudos to act as your representative with the provider
Calls may be recorded where permitted by law; recordings are available for you to review
Results are not guaranteed. Providers control the final outcome
Kudos does not process refunds; any refund requests must go directly to the provider
