Make sure you have:
The Kudos browser extension installed
All your cards added to your wallet. You can add a total of 50 cards to your wallet. Don't see your card? Reach out to us and we'll get it added for you: support@joinkudos.com
Get the right card recommended at checkout
Once your cards are added, Kudos automatically detects the card that earns the most rewards for each purchase and autofills it at checkout. No setup is needed beyond adding your cards. This works on the browser extension automatically.
Turn on Boost for extra cashback
Kudos Boost adds cashback on top of your card's rewards at participating merchants.
Go to Boost Merchants
Find the merchant you're shopping with
Activate Boost before completing your purchase
Boost only applies if it's activated ahead of checkout. Activating it after you've already paid won't count.
Compare cards with Test Drive before applying
If you're deciding whether a new card is worth the annual fee:
Open Card Explorer and filter by welcome bonus, annual fee, or rewards category
Select a card and open Test Drive
Test Drive calculates your estimated earnings based on your real spending history
Use this before applying so you know what you'd actually earn.
Track your card benefits and credits
The Benefits Tracker shows every credit and perk across your connected cards.
Open Benefits Tracker
Sort by expiration date
Review the progress bar for each benefit to see what you've used and what's remaining
Follow the step-by-step redemption instructions and links provided for any unused benefit
Each card also shows an annual-fee-vs-value comparison, so you can see whether a card is still worth keeping.
We recommend checking this monthly at the very least. Annual credits reset or expire on a rolling basis, and this is the only place that shows all of them together.
Set up auto-activated card offers
Kudos can automatically activate offers on your Amex, Chase, Citi, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo cards (more issuer support coming soon).
Start here first to get card-linked offers configured for all your issuers
Visit your card issuer's portal as you normally would
Kudos activates eligible offers automatically in the background
Check Activated Offers to see what's live
Kudos will remind you when you're checking out so you don't forget to use an offer you've already activated. And in some cases, that single purchase earns you three things at once: your card's normal rewards, the extra cash back or points from the card-linked offer, and Kudos Boost on top
Use Kudos AI to answer questions about your spending
Kudos AI is available in your wallet on mobile and web, in the bottom-right corner.
You can ask it things like:
"Where did I spend the most this month?"
"What recurring subscriptions do I have?"
"Which offers should I activate before they expire?"
"Am I using the right card for my spending?"
Kudos AI is available to Premium and Lifetime members. It improves the more you use it.
Negotiate your bills with an AI agent
Kudos can send an AI agent to negotiate your phone, internet, or cable bill directly with your provider.
Go to Lower Bills
Select the bill you want negotiated
Kudos handles the negotiation directly with your provider
You keep 100% of any savings, with no commission fees
Check the supported providers list if a specific carrier isn't showing up as eligible.

Open the Kudos app

Optional: add the Kudos widget to your iPhone home screen to see your best card without opening the app
Cancel unwanted subscriptions
Go to your recurring payments view from your wallet
Kudos identifies subscriptions across your connected accounts
Select any subscription you want to cancel and request cancellation
Kudos AI agents contact the merchant and complete the cancellation for you, typically within seconds to minutes
Phone-based cancellations (such as gyms) are not yet supported and are coming in a future update.
Track a welcome bonus
Head to the card in your wallet
If you've linked your card inside Kudos, we'll automatically track your sign-up bonus
If your offer differs from the publicly listed terms (targeted bonus, different threshold, extended timeline), edit these fields to match your specific offer
You'll receive alerts as you approach the spending target or the deadline
Troubleshooting
I upgraded but don't see Premium features.
Contact support@joinkudos.com and we'll resolve it.
Boost didn't apply to my purchase.
Confirm Boost was activated before checkout was completed. Boost activated after a purchase is finalized won't apply retroactively. Reach out if you're still having trouble!
A provider isn't showing up for bill negotiation.
We're adding new providers regularly. Email support@joinkudos.com with the provider name, and we'll let you know when it's supported.
