When you're shopping online, the Kudos extension automatically detects which merchant you're at and checks if you have any active card-linked offers for that store. You can also manually trigger offer activation anytime by tapping "Activate Offers" in your Kudos dashboard on the web or inside the Kudos mobile app from the home screen.
Note: On iOS, make sure the Kudos extension is enabled in Safari.
Go to Settings → Apps → Safari → Extensions, find Kudos, and toggle on Allow Extension. This is what connects your activated offers to checkout reminders when you shop on your phone.
Kudos will:
Show you which of your cards have active offers
Display the offer value (e.g., "10% back up to $20")
Recommend which card maximizes your total return (factoring in the offer + baseline rewards rate)
Remind you if new offers are available and prompt you to refresh
Can I see all my activated offers in one place?
Yes! The Kudos Benefits Tracker shows all your activated card-linked offers, statement credits, and card benefits in one place. The rebuilt tracker includes real-time progress bars on every credit, step-by-step redemption instructions with direct links, and an annual fee vs. value comparison so you can see whether each card is worth keeping. Each card gets its own view, so nothing gets buried. Access your Benefits Tracker in your Kudos dashboard.
Can I search across all my activated card-linked offers?
A global search isn't available yet, but improvements are on the way, including the ability to sort offers by relevance and filter by merchants you've already shopped at. In the meantime, you can browse by category or use the Benefits Tracker in your Kudos dashboard to view all active offers across your cards in one place.
Can I stack Card-Linked Offers with Kudos Boost?
Yes! Card-linked offers and Kudos Boost cashback can often be stacked for maximum savings. Here's how it works:
Card-Linked Offer: Applied by your card issuer based on the activated offer
Kudos Boost: Cashback earned through our merchant partnerships
Card rewards: Your baseline rewards rate (1-5% depending on your card)
Example: If you have a 10% Amex offer at Target, 3% Kudos Boost, and your card earns 2% on all purchases, you'd earn 15% total back on that purchase. Kudos automatically calculates the combined return and recommends which card maximizes your total savings.
How does Kudos decide which card to recommend?
Kudos considers multiple factors when recommending a card:
Active card-linked offers at that merchant
Kudos Boost cashback rates
Your card's baseline rewards rate
Category bonuses (e.g., 5% on groceries)
Welcome bonuses you're working toward
Annual benefits you haven't used yet
The recommendation shows you the total return percentage and estimated dollar value for the purchase.
Will I get a notification when I have an active offer?
Yes! When you're shopping at a merchant where you have an activated card-linked offer, Kudos will display a notification in the extension popup showing:
Which card(s) have active offers
The offer details and value
How much you'll earn on your current purchase
