Need to update your personal details on Kudos? You can easily change your name, email address, or phone number by following these simple steps.
Update Your Account Information
Sign in to your Kudos account on the web or in the mobile app
Go to " Account Settings"
Find the personal information section
Select the field you want to modify:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Enter your new information
Save your changes
Important Note
Our support team cannot make these changes for you. For security reasons, account information must be updated directly by the account owner through the Account Settings page.
After Updating
When you update your email address or phone number, we may send a verification code to confirm the change. This helps ensure the security of your account.
