Need to update your personal details on Kudos? Here's how to change your name, email address, or phone number.
Update Your Account Information
Sign in to your Kudos account on the web or in the mobile app
Go to Account Settings
Find the personal information section
Select the field you want to update: name, email address, or phone number
Enter your new information
Save your changes
Important Note
For security reasons, account information must be updated directly by the account owner through the Account Settings page. Our support team is not able to make these changes on your behalf.
What if I made a typo in my email when signing up?
If you entered the wrong email address during signup and can't log in to fix it, reach out to us at support@joinkudos.com with the following:
The email address you accidentally entered
The correct email address you want on your account
The name on your account
We'll get it updated and confirm once it's done.
After Updating
When you update your email address or phone number, we may send a verification code to confirm the change. This keeps your account secure.
