Device Verification
When you log into Kudos from a new device, you'll need to verify it's really you using a 2-digit code.
When You'll See This
You'll be asked to verify when:
Logging in from a new browser
Accessing Kudos on a new phone or computer
Using a device you haven't verified before
This security step helps protect your account and card information.
How to Get Your Code
On your verified device:
Open Kudos (app or browser extension)
Go to Settings
Find your 2-digit verification code
Enter it on your new device, then click Continue
What counts as a verified device?
The device where you first saved card information, or any device that has already completed verification.
What can unverify a device?
Uninstalling the Kudos Chrome extension (your desktop will no longer be a verified device)
Deleting all saved cards (unverifies all devices)
No Verified Device? Use Card Verification Instead
If you don't have access to a verified device, click "Verify a card in my wallet instead" to confirm your identity using a saved card number.
If you're not seeing a code on any of your devices, it's likely because no verified device exists. Switch to card verification in that case.
Troubleshooting
Not seeing a code on your existing device?
Make sure you're checking a verified device (see above for what counts)
If all your devices are unverified, use "Verify a card in my wallet instead"
If you're still stuck, deleting and re-adding your card info resets verification. Your next device will become the new verified one.
Code not working?
Double-check you're entering the correct 2-digit code
Codes may expire after a few minutes. Refresh your settings page for a new one.
Make sure you click Continue after entering both digits
