You can customize how frequently we verify your account and choose your preferred authentication method at any time.
From the Web
Sign in to your Kudos account
Navigate to Account Settings
Scroll down to the Authentication section
Click "Edit" to modify your settings
Select your preferred:
Verification frequency
Authentication method (email or SMS text message)
Click "Save" to apply your changes
From the Mobile App
Open the Kudos app on your device
Tap the Settings gear icon in the upper right corner
Scroll down to Authentication
Tap to select how often you'd like us to authenticate your account
Choose your preferred verification method (email or SMS text message)
Your changes will be automatically saved
These settings help maintain the security of your account while providing flexibility based on your preferences.
