You connect your Bilt card through Bilt itself, not through the bank that issues the card. When Plaid asks you to choose your card issuer, pick Bilt Rewards.
đ How to link your Bilt card
In Kudos, go to Connect Accounts, or add your Bilt card to your wallet and choose to connect it.
When the Plaid window opens, search for "Bilt" and select Bilt Rewards (www.bilt.com).
Click Continue to log in. A Bilt Rewards window will open.
Sign in with the phone number or email on your Bilt account. Bilt will send you a code to confirm, the same way it does when you log in to Bilt normally.
Once you're signed in, select your Bilt card and finish connecting.
After it's connected, make sure the account is matched to the Bilt card in your wallet. Here's how to match accounts to your cards.
đ Still having trouble?
Make sure you selected Bilt Rewards in Plaid, not the bank listed on your card.
If the Bilt Rewards window doesn't open, check that your browser isn't blocking pop-ups, then try again.
If you don't get a code, confirm you're using the same phone number or email that's on your Bilt account.
Once your card is connected, you can also set your Bilt Rewards tier so we can make the most accurate card recommendations.
