What to Include
The more details you share upfront, the faster we can help:
Account issues: Your registered email, description of the problem, when it started, and any error messages or screenshots.
Missing cashback: Merchant name, purchase date and amount, items purchased, card used, and order confirmation number. Please include a detailed receipt for us to dig in!
Card connection issues: Bank or card issuer, card type, what happens when you try to connect, and any error messages.
Technical issues: Device type (Mac, PC, iPhone, Android), browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge), what you were trying to do, and a screenshot or video if possible.
