We offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee for first-time Kudos Premium yearly subscribers who don't save or earn more than their annual subscription cost within the first 90 days.
Note: This applies to yearly subscribers only. It does not apply to monthly subscribers or Kudos Premium Lifetime plan holders.
Am I Eligible?
You qualify if you meet all of the following:
✅ You are a first-time Kudos Premium yearly subscriber and have not previously held a Kudos Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) under any Kudos account
✅ You have been an active subscriber for at least 90 days at the time of your request
✅ Your total verified savings and earnings through Kudos in your first 90 days are less than the annual subscription fee you paid
✅ You submit your request between day 90 and day 120 of your subscription (before day 90 or after day 120, and you're no longer eligible)
✅ Your Kudos account is in good standing at the time of your request
How to Submit a Claim
Email support@joinkudos.com between day 90 and day 120 with the subject line:
"Money-Back Guarantee Request"
We'll review your account activity, verify your savings during the 90-day window, and get back to you within 5 business days.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued as Kudos Boost credits, redeemable via PayPal or as an Amazon gift card. Because Kudos Premium is processed through third-party payment processors (Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play), direct monetary refunds are not available under this guarantee.
The refund amount equals the annual subscription fee you paid, issued as an equivalent Boost payout.
PayPal note: Your PayPal account must be in good standing at the time of redemption. The standard $2.99 PayPal processing fee is waived for guarantee redemptions, regardless of your subscription status at that time.
What Counts as Savings?
Verified savings and earnings include:
Kudos Boost rewards earned during the 90-day period
Verified card-linked offer (CLO) savings attributed to Kudos during the 90-day period
Bill negotiation savings confirmed during the 90-day period
Savings from outside the Kudos platform are not counted. We reserve the right to determine the calculation methodology.
Limitations
Available once per account and cannot be combined with other promotional offers or free trials
Not available to anyone who has previously held a Kudos Premium subscription under any account
Does not apply to Kudos Premium Lifetime plan purchases, which are non-refundable
Kudos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time. Any changes will not affect claims already submitted.
