Under Your wins, the Relevant for you section of your home feed lists specific things worth doing with the cards and accounts you already have. It's ordered, not a list of everything available, so the item at the top is the one Kudos thinks is worth the most to you right now.
How items are ranked
Kudos weighs two things against each other:
What it's worth. A $500 credit you haven't touched outranks $10 of cashback.
How soon it expires. A smaller credit that disappears at the end of the month can outrank a larger one that's available all year.
That's why the order changes over time even when your cards don't.
What can appear
Depending on your cards, your accounts, and your plan, Relevant for you can surface:
Credits about to expire, such as a quarterly or monthly statement credit you haven't used
Card-linked offers ready to activate on your cards
Bills that went up, which Kudos can try to negotiate down
Subscriptions you may be paying for twice or no longer using
Benefits you already have but may not know about, such as a streaming service included with another subscription
Boost opportunities at stores you shop at
Annual fee check-ins when a renewal is coming up
Each item shows what it's worth and a single button to act on it.
Why an item disappeared
You acted on it. You used credits and activated offers drop-off.
It expired. Offers and credits have end dates set by the issuer, not by Kudos.
Something more valuable arrived and pushed it down the list.
The underlying data changed. If a transaction was reversed or recategorized, the item behind it can go with it.
You can still reach everything directly: offers under Card offers, credits under Benefits tracker, and your best card by category under Cheatsheet.
Telling Kudos what's useful
Each item in Relevant for you has a thumbs up and a thumbs down, and there's an Edit goal control at the top of the section. Use them to tell Kudos which kinds of suggestions are worth showing you.
