Yes, Boost points can expire. To keep them active, you need to have an active Kudos account and earn at least 10 Boost points during each 365-day period (for example, from January 10 of this year to January 10 of next year).
If you haven't earned at least 10 new points in the last 365 days, your points will expire. The easiest way to stay active is to activate Boost on a purchase at one of our 15,000+ partner stores at least once a year.
Some promotional Boost, like Kickstart+, has its own expiration date. Kickstart+ Boost expires 12 months from the date it's issued.
