At Kudos, we import transaction categories from our data provider, Plaid. While this process is generally accurate, occasionally a transaction may be categorized incorrectly. We've made it easy for you to correct any misclassifications.
You can manually update transaction categories to ensure accurate spending tracking.
From the Web Portal:
Go to joinkudos.com and head to your Transactions
Navigate to the "Transactions" tab
Find the transaction you want to update
Click on the current category
Choose the new category from the dropdown menu
Changes are saved automatically
From the Mobile App:
Open the Kudos app
Tap on "Transactions"
Scroll to find the transaction you want to update
Tap "See more details"
Select the correct category from the dropdown menu
Your changes are saved automatically
