How do I fix a card that's mapped to the wrong account inside Kudos?

Have multiple cards from the same issuer? Here's how to make sure each one is mapped to the correct account in Kudos so your benefits and rewards track accurately.

If your cards appear to be linked to the wrong account in Kudos, you can correct this directly in your wallet. No need to disconnect and reconnect everything from scratch.

How to Update Your Account Mapping

  • Open your Kudos wallet on the web or in the mobile app and navigate to the card you want to fix

  • Tap Edit next to the connected account

  • A dropdown will appear showing all your linked accounts for that bank. Click it.

Choose the correct card to map it to the correct account.

That's it. The card will now be mapped to the right account, and your benefits and rewards will reflect correctly.
