Auto-Activate Boost automatically activates Kudos Boost cashback whenever you shop online at over 15,000+ participating merchants. With this setting on, you'll never miss out on rewards, even if you forget to manually activate Boost before checkout.
How It Works
When Auto-Activate Boost is ON (default):
Kudos automatically activates Boost at participating merchants
You earn cashback without clicking "Activate Boost" each time
Perfect for hands-off earning and maximum rewards
When Auto-Activate Boost is OFF:
You manually click "Activate Boost" at each merchant to earn cashback
Gives you control over when Boost is active
Where to Find This Setting
During Onboarding
When you first set up Kudos, you'll choose whether to enable Auto-Activate Boost. You can always change this later from the Kudos Boost modal at any partner store.
After Onboarding
Shop at a partner store and click the Kudos Boost icon (dog icon) in the lower right corner
Toggle Auto-activate Boost on or off in the modal
This works on our web extension and the Kudos Mobile App.
You can also toggle this setting on or off in Account Settings.
What Happens If I Forget to Activate Boost Manually?
If Auto-Activate Boost is off and you forget to manually activate before checkout, you won't earn Kudos Boost cashback for that purchase. We recommend keeping Auto-Activate Boost ON to ensure you never miss rewards.
