Got a welcome offer that's different from the public one? Targeted, referral, and in-branch offers often include more points, a different spend requirements, or extra perks. Update your welcome offer tracker in Kudos so it matches the exact offer you were approved for.
Welcome offer tracking is a Kudos Premium feature.
Before you start: add your card open date
The tracker uses your account opening date to calculate your deadline, so it needs a recent card open date.
Go to your card's Card Details page.
Click Add Card Details.
Enter the date your account was opened and save.
How to update your welcome offer
Open the card in your Kudos Wallet to get to Card Details.
In the Welcome offer section, click the edit (pencil) icon in the top right corner of the tracker.
Enter your offer's bonus amount, spend requirement, and timeframe.
Save your changes.
Your tracker will now show your progress toward your specific offer, including how much you have left to spend and how many days remain.
What if my offer includes both points and a statement credit?
Right now, the tracker can show either points/miles or a dollar value, but not both. If your offer includes both, like 150,000 points plus a $250 statement credit, you have two options:
Track the points only and keep the statement credit in mind separately.
Convert the statement credit into points based on how you value that currency, and add it to the total. For example, if you value a hotel point at 0.5 to 0.8 cents, a $250 credit is roughly 30,000 to 50,000 points.
