Your Rewards History displays all your transactions where you've accrued rewards, whether from your credit cards or through utilizing Kudos Boost.
You can filter your transaction history for the past 30 days, 90 days, or by year.
Rewards History on the Web
Click on Activity.
Select individual purchases to view the detailed breakdown of rewards.
Rewards History on the Mobile App
Tap the Activity tab to see your purchases.
Here’s a breakdown of the different statuses for your purchases:
Completed: you’ve made a purchase and our merchant partner has confirmed your order. This typically takes 60-90 days
Pending: your purchase is waiting to be verified and confirmed by our merchant partner after the purchase has been made
Ineligible: your purchase did not earn Kudos Boost. There are a few reasons why this can happen:
the merchant isn't one of our partners
you didn't activate Boost before you checked out
you activated Boost but then clicked away from the store or activated another rewards program before you finished your purchase
An item or all items from the purchase were returned
