Which credit card issuers are supported?
Kudos currently supports card-linked offer auto-activation for:
American Express
Chase
Citi
Capital One
Bank of America
We're actively adding support for more issuers. Check your Kudos dashboard for the most current list of supported cards.
How often should I refresh my card-linked offers?
Card issuers refresh and add new offers every few days. We recommend visiting your issuer portals weekly to activate new offers and maximize your savings.
Kudos will prompt you when it's time to refresh offers, especially when you're shopping at merchants with new available deals.
Do card-linked offers work in-store or just online?
Yes! Card-linked offers work for both online and in-store purchases. Once you've activated an offer through Kudos, it automatically applies whenever you use that card at the eligible merchant—whether you're shopping online or at a physical store.
You don't need to show any codes or coupons. Just use your card as normal.
What browsers does Kudos support?
Kudos works with Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Arc), as well as Safari. Make sure you have the latest version of the Kudos extension installed for the best experience.
Can I use card-linked offers on the Kudos mobile app?
Yes! Card-linked offer auto-activation requires the Kudos browser extension, so the initial activation needs to happen through a desktop or mobile browser, not through your issuer's native app.
Important for iPhone users: When logging into your issuer on iOS, Safari may automatically redirect you to the issuer's app (like the Amex or Chase app), where our extension can't activate offers. If this happens, navigate directly to your issuer's website in Safari instead.
Once offers are activated through the browser, they apply automatically whenever you use that card in-store or online, including on mobile purchases through the Kudos app.
